B.D.C. joins .becoming!

Last June, B.D.C. joined .becoming, the first independent communication group in France and Belgium. Founded 35 years ago, .becoming consists of 16 companies spread over Paris, Lille, and Brussels: twelve agencies dedicated to communication, an entrepreneurial stable, two startups, and one research and planning firm complete B.D.C.’s know-how in digital acceleration, international development, and innovation. Having grown from 45 employees in 2012 to 460 in 2020, .becoming helps brands improve people’s lives. And that of the planet.

B.D.C’s journey to join .becoming started in 2018 with the meeting of .becoming President Christophe Levyfve and B.D.C. Founder Jerome Gayet. Christophe Levyfve, working on the launch of GARAGEan atypical place dedicated to innovation in Lille, met Jerome who quickly embarked on the project with his team of consultants. From this collaboration was born the idea of an acquisition of B.D.C. by .becoming: B.D.C.’s tech and innovation expertise perfectly complement the skills of .becoming’s companies, in order to offer a wide and complete value proposition to the group’s 700 clients.

Joining .becoming gives a new impetus to B.D.C.! Working with Christophe Levyfve on the GARAGE project was really inspiring for the B.D.C. team. We are looking forward to bringing to the group our experience in digital, innovation, and tech, which will, in turn, let us offer new services to our customers while opening new business opportunities. We are delighted to move our offices to GARAGE, the symbol of our collaboration. We also have a special thought for Jerome, who passed away in August 2019 and who would undoubtedly be very proud of the partnership he initiated.
